Alan Weichselbaum has been working in the finance industry for more than 30 years. Mr. Weichselbaum, who is a CPA, began his career at Price Waterhouse where he worked in the firm’s small business division. After three years, he returned to NYU where he earned an MBA in finance. Upon graduation, Mr. Weichselbaum worked at Philip Morris Capital Corporation where he was the Manager of Budgeting and Financial Analysis. In 1995, he left Philip Morris and began a career on Wall Street. During the next 15 years, Mr. Weichselbaum held several positions. He was an equity analyst, he was the owner of two hedge funds and was the CEO of a small brokerage firm. In 2011, Mr. Weichselbaum founded the Wexus Group, an outsourced CFO firm that helps small to mid-size companies during all phases of their corporate lives.
